SCYTF Request for Quotes for Youth Services
Dear Partners,
We are excited to announce the following request for quotes from qualified consultants to provide youth violence prevention and intervention programs/services as part of the South County Youth Task Force (SCYTF) Project II THRIVE initiative. This opportunity is open to community-based agencies dedicated to supporting youth in South Santa Clara County.
Categories for RFQs: Below are links to six different Request for Quotes (RFQs).
Consultants must submit one quote per RFQ based on the category of interest:

Contract Period: December 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025

Due Date for Quotes: November 15, 2024, by 4:00 PM
Background: The SCYTF is a collaborative effort involving local governments, school districts, community organizations, and law enforcement, focused on creating a nurturing environment for youth to thrive. We are seeking consultants who can provide services to youth aged 10-24.
Submission Requirements: Please submit the following by the due date:

Quote with budget (up to 1 page)

Budget narrative (up to 1 page)

Vendor qualifications (up to 2 pages)

Staffing plan/availability to provide service(s) (up to 2 pages)

Copy of evidence-based/evidence-promising curriculum/practice being used for service(s)
